Description:
CD3 (cluster of differentiation 3) is a protein complex and T cell co-receptor that is involved in activating both the cytotoxic T cell and T helper cells. CD20 is highly expressed on the cell surface of B-cell lymphocytes and is a membrane marker of malignant B cells. CD20 is a member of the MS4A (multispanning 4A) family and is the best studied member of this family.
