Ansipastobart is an immunoglobulin G1-lambda2 monoclonal antibody that targets NT5E. NT5E also known as CD73, is an extracellular 5 '- nucleotidase encoded by the NT5E gene, with a molecular weight of approximately 70 kDa. It is anchored to the outer surface of the cell membrane by glycosyl phosphatidylinositol (GPI) to form homologous dimers, or cleaved and free in the circulatory system.
