Sutacimig is an immunoglobulin bispecific antibody that targets F7a and TREML1.
Coagulation Factor VII (F7) circulates as an inactive zymogen. F7 is activated to F7a through proteolysis induced by Factor Xa, Factor XIIa, Factor IXa, or thrombin. In the presence of tissue factor and calcium ions, F7a catalyzes the limited proteolysis of Factor X, converting it into Factor Xa.
TREM1 (Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1) is a myeloid cell surface receptor expressed on neutrophils, monocytes, and macrophages. It is present in diverse tumor microenvironments and functionally cooperates with classical pattern recognition receptors (PRRs).
