Description:
D20 x CD3 belongs to T cell bispecific antibodies, where one end of the dual antibody drug targets tumor cell surface antigens and the other end targets effector T cell surface antigens. The drug brings healthy T cells to the vicinity of cancerous B cells, helping T cells clear cancerous B cells, and the mechanism of action is similar to CAR-T. Therefore, it can more accurately target tumor cells and reduce off target toxicity.
