Lumistobart is an immunoglobulin G1-kappa monoclonal antibody that targets SIRPA. SIRPA is a type I transmembrane protein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is predominantly expressed on myeloid cells (including macrophages, monocytes, and dendritic cells) and neuronal cells. The functional mechanism of SIRPA involves binding to ligands such as CD47, through which it activates inhibitory signaling cascades that suppress macrophage phagocytic activity, thereby playing a critical regulatory role in immune homeostasis.
