CD3 (cluster of differentiation 3) is a protein complex and T cell co-receptor that is involved in activating both the cytotoxic T cell and T helper cells. G protein-coupled receptor, class C, group 5, D member (GPRC5D) is the real goal of a reasonably designed immunotherapy strategy, because it is preferentially expressed in plasma cells, and preclinical studies have shown that it has activity in BCMA antigen escape model.
